The Forever Ape Strong Team is dedicated to high-performance training on the ergometer. We believe that Erg score is the Most Important aspect of rowing.
Monday - Friday: During the winter season, LOCR offers indoor winter training after school for new and experienced athletes looking to participate in team rowing during the spring.
Monday - Friday: Rose City Rowing Club offers winter conditioning classes designed to augment our fall and spring on-water rowing training. Focus will be on improving technique, physical fitness and strength as well as on injury prevention. Activities will include rowing on the ergometer, yoga, weight lifting, running, core circuits, mental toughness, etc.

Open erg sessions available at the Glass Lab in downtown Portland, OR under the courtesy of Rose City Rowing Club (RCRC). Availability varies by week.
